From the first meeting Lani had a great knowledge of the area and had good ideas on marketing the property. She worked very hard bringing clients through the property as we didn't want open homes. Also, we received weekly updates and Lani was always available to discuss any questioned we had after viewing and the end result was great.
Lani didn’t just sell our house, she fought for it. She held firm on price when it would have been easier to just take the first offer and move on. That kind of backbone is rare in real estate. What actually got me though was the last minute viewing. Most agents would have just texted “can you tidy up.” Lani turned up and helped me vacuum and get the place looking right herself. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. Her marketing photos were also excellent, she clearly has an eye for making a property look its best without it feeling staged or fake. A nice direct communication style balanced with friendliness. As a buyer, she will give you the confidence through openly sharing her views. Easy to build trust with. As a seller/vendor it is clear that she always keeps your interests up front and first and foremost acts on your behalf. Not always the case with the rest of the industry.
