We originally called Frana to sell our property as we could see she had quite a few properties in our area and quite a few of hers with sold signs, upon meeting her we found her very professional, personable and knowledgeable about what was going on in our area with real estate, moving forward Frana was excellent to deal with and we were so pleased with the way she presented our property to the market, we felt very confident with her abilities, we would totally without question recommend Frana as your agent and we wouldn't hesitate to call her again.

We met Frana at an Open Home but prior to that had rung her to discuss a different property - that as it turns out we have just missed out on - as an unconditional offer had been presented that evening. We went to view this other property she had listed and subsequently bought it. However, this wasn't without it's challenges due to us having to make a back up offer. The other offer, after going unconditional and us being very disappointed at missing out - ended up falling over. Even though Frana was on leave overseas she kept us up to date about the status of the property at all times and we ultimately ended up purchasing the property under the same conditions as our back up offer. Settlement went smoothly with Frana here with keys for handover minutes after the property was ours. She had great local knowledge and also knew her vendors and our expectations well.
