Our dealing with Peter was straight forward, even during the Covid period of lockdown. Peter was always available to answer questions in regard to selling our property, his advice was straight forward and easy to follow, no question was left unanswered or treated as irrelevant. We found Peter to be of an open, honest, and positive disposition during a time when it could have been extremely stressful to be selling property. Peter also found us a new smaller property as we needed to down size, in the area that we were wanting to purchase. We have bought and sold many houses and this was the best experience we have had. Peter and his team - they really are a team - advised us of their selling plan, kept us informed after open homes, and were open about the prospective purchasers. We were also impressed that the advertising costs were taken care of by the agency. We did 'upgrade' an ad, but this was the only additional cost to us. We would definitely recommend Peter and his team to anyone getting involved in buying and selling.

Peter was so amazing to deal with. He always went the extra mile when he didn’t need to. The whole process of buying a house is so stressful especially being a first home buyer, but Peter made it stress free and explained the whole process so that we always knew what was going on.
