Peter Tong is the preferable agent in Cambridge currently, due to years of accumulated knowledge on houses and customers. I put my price high, we negotiated, Peter negotiated the best price in this market. He surprised me, he got this price, let alone, this sale as it was a difficult one to negotiate. Always approachable is the reason I use Peter. I did put him to the test to work for me. It's best you talk to Peter if looking or listing.
