Property purchase made easy.
From the time we met Peter we had full confidence in his ability to find us the property we wanted. And he did.. His communication was first class, and his knowledge of property, area, was great. When little things cropped up, as they do, he was always prompt with his replies. He is a very good agent, one that you can put your trust in... Peter and his team were the sole agents in selling our house and we were fortunate that he also acted for the seller of the house we purchased. Honestly the Dream Team!!

Listened, explained carefully, patient and good sense of humour
I explained to Peter the situation of the property I was selling. He took everything into account. He was very patient and polite when the tenant "packed a sad". He was mindful of giving tenant plenty of notice. Reported regular by phone, text and emails. Had to communicate with tenant by text and emails to get time to show people around. He was very and patient and mindful of the situation. Thank goodness he has a good sense of humour. Helped to lighten the load.

We had an extremely positive experience with Peter over the purchase of our house in Cambridge.
From the time we Contacted Peter he was committed to finding us a suitable property. Viewings were organised at short notice and he didn’t pressure us in any way. He quickly recognised our needs and price limit. From the moment we made an offer on our property Peter kept us well informed on progress and was totally professional in his communication with us. Once purchased he accepted final inspection and settlement being in the normal New Year break. All in all a very positive experience for us.
