We were very happy with our experience dealing with Yvette and Meyers Real Estate. We were given good advice and kept informed at all stages of the process. We were impressed with the marketing campaign but I felt the feed back of data was not very relevant, however it may appeal to some. I would have liked some more personal constructive feedback after the "open-homes" eg, house interior presented nicely but gardens could do with a tidy up. Just something one could focus on for the next week. All in all we were pleased we had chosen Meyers and that Yvette was our agent.

Steffan knew the current market in this area and answered our queries to our satisfaction. He is a busy and committed family man and with a young family and kids sports etc, making him unavailable a couple of evenings each week. for these times he uses a messenger /call back service who seemed to use standard inquiry questionnaire sheets that never quite hit the mark. he does get back to you in a relatively timely manner. Weekly update meetings were informative, as was the portal, but the info was sometimes slow in being loaded on to the portal. Building up to the sale we had reasonable updates and the sale documentation was good and efficient. Post sale communication, since going unconditional, has been non existent.
