I have dedicated years to designing programmes and working with mentors to reduce youth offending. I have managed hospitality resorts in NZ and Australia for 15 years achieving Gold Crown status continuously and Go Green awards for sustainable tourism practises, demonstrating my capacity to manage complex operations, exceed expectations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a single parent, I have raised four remarkable children who have all achieved great heights.
