We had earlier dealings with Steffan when we purchased this house about 9 years ago. Since then we have taken a keen interest in Steffans progress in Real Estate. When Steffan progressed to starting up Meyer Real Estate we were able to see what sales he has made and how successful those have been. We found Steffan has been improving with his sales and his knowledge of this area. We asked around and it was easy to see Steffan was the person we wanted to sell our house. Since making this decision Steffan has made it easy for us by explaining the process and following up each stage. We were unsure of the Open Homes but Steffan and his team were there to guide us through. We hadn’t realised how much was involved in “decluttering” but we soon found how important this was and making our house easier to view. Once the auction arrived we were nervous and apprehensive about the final outcome. We had heard stories from friends and locals of the difficulties we may have. This problem didn’t arrive as the Auctioneer and Steffan were constantly updating us and working for us to get the best sale price that they could. Once the auction was over the relief that they had reached a sale price we were happy with, we were exhausted. Steffan stayed to make sure we were ok and a gift of wine was greatly appreciated. He followed up by a phone call that evening to again check we were ok. We believe Mayer Real Estate are completely worthy for anybody wanting an honest open experience in burning or selling their property.
