Scott could not have done more to help us sell my Parents house

Scott's professionalism and integrity shone through from the start of our dealing with him, beginning with knowledge of the local market conditions, pricing, advice on presentation and formulating a focused low-cost marketing plan. Smooth, Stress-Free House Sale

We recently sold our house and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Scott. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the entire process, which was needed for us!!!! His communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way and reducing what could have been a stressful experience, making it feel smooth and easy. What really stood out was his honesty, genuine care and personable approach to us. We always felt like he had our best interests at heart and the result (which was fantastic) was really just an added bonus to the whole experience. We have no hesitation, and highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Great presentation of market view and valuation when presenting sale.

Good house photos and staging were a definate help, open home held every weekend and feedback given later that day. Worked hard to pull deal together and were happy to help negotiate in areas to ensure deal went through. Would highly recommend Paul and Debbie.

Genuine, proactive agent who goes the extra mile
