Always communicative and works tirelessly to get a sale.
This was our second sale with Selma and we also purchased another property through her. We have also got to know her on a personal basis and admire her alterism towards more unfortunate people in our community. Selma seems to know everyone in the industry and has a long history in real estate and this knowledge seems to be the key to her successes.

WOW -WOW-WOW
Selma has just sold our upgraded rental house which required a subdivision to achieve an end. Her own knowledge in dealing with Council, Surveyor and our Lawyer greatly helped to obtain title for a sale, within a limited time frame. Her professionalism, initiatives, integrity, kindness, hard work, and much much more was evident the whole time [24/7]. The purchaser must feel the same too. What amazed us most was her company fee structure. Ask yourself "how does a 50% fee discount get oneself much more bang for the buck for that much effort and results!!!!' Phone calls, emails and visits were regular to keep us informed on progress across all fronts

110% dedication
