Excellent very helpful and knowledgeable
I found selma to be very helpful and knowledgeable I really wanted my house and selma made it possible specialy with time frames and the paperwork she made it easy and not to stress full. Definitely recommend selma with anything to do with buying your first house or saleing your home aaa+ service

We have both bought and sold through Ms Peter’s and have never had a moment of angst
In fact she had acted beyond the duties normally associated with a property sale and for that we have been extremely grateful We have always felt comfortable in the fact that as long as Ms Peter’s was involved the sale would be completed to everybody’s satisfaction We recommend her to anybody who may be contemplating using her services

Goes the extra mile.
Selma is straight to the point, very informative and was the only agent who sat down with us at our house, at a time that suited us and went through all the documents and explained it to us and outlined the process. Sold in less than a week!
Selma was able to line up a buyer for our home before the photos were released from the photographer, we didn't get to advertise as our home was sold in less than a week!. When NZ went into the first Covid lockdown in March 2020 Selma and Dee were in constant contact with us and helped things move along as smoothly as possible (under challenging circumstances). We couldn't speak highly enough of Selma and Dee, Absolutely brilliant!
