Happy about our purchase
It is clear that Selma is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent, she know's her job for sure. Selma's like a 'dog with a bone' and doesn't give up so as a seller you definitely want Selma on your team :) As a buyer well I had to bite my tongue a couple of times but I give her all credit because she did her job well and we brought the property that is a perfect fit for our business. She is honest and straight -up which is very much appreciated so thank you Selma for your hard work in getting this across the line for all of us.

Very happy with Selmas determination.
Selma persevered with the sale of Kelvins property. It certainly wasn't the best dressed house on the block but she managed to get the price we were expecting. Thanks Selma! You rock! We decicided to go with Selma because of her own initiative. She had done a honey drop in our neighborhood and we think that's pretty cool. God bless you Selma.

Outstanding
We live south of Auckland and with covid levels changing and our lack of internet skills,things could have been very difficult for the purchase of the new property in Dargaville. With Selma as our agent things were so much easier. Selma kept emails flowing to all the people that were involved with the process. Selma found all the required information regarding regulations for travel during alert level changes. Kept lawyers,bank and other parties concerned fully informed as the sale progressed. We are grateful to Selma for all her years of knowledge she put to use,the clarity she brought to the process and her understanding and first class helpfulness. Two individual friends had advised me to try Selma, she contacted me so gave we her the opportunity
The property was jointly owned by my sister and I, Selma kept in contact with what was happening - interest / viewings wise, even with the added difficulty of Covid level changes and advised what her personal opinion of offers made was when asked, but was never pushy. I would not hesitate to use her services again

Promise made and kept
We have delt with Selma twice now. Once when we brought our house and 3+ years later to sell it. We moved to the South Island and left our property in Selmas hands. With promises of not to worry, a fast sale as well as being sold for around the amount we were looking for. Selma came through with all of this. Amazing and fast communication. Sold within 3 weeks with no stress to us. Definitely recommend Selma to anyone buying or selling.
