She liaised with another Real Estate agent to find a purchaser for an apartment in a building that required seismic strengthening. Provided advice, that proved correct, not to go to the market when the purchaser was unable to raise the required funds. Six months later was able to link up with the earlier prospective purchaser through her contacts resulting in a contract to sell. The sale was successful although there were a number of difficulties along the way that she provided help to resolve. I would employ Kate again and recommend her to others.

Because we live a fair hike away from the house we sold, Maria went the extra mile and arranged a gardener make the place presentable, but also, much to our surprise, vacuumed the house and did general tidy up before open homes and visits. Totally not her job but Maria volunteered to do this. We are every pleased with our dealings with Maria and highly recommend her. She got us a sale in a very bad market, got the best deal we realistically could have expected.
