Because we live a fair hike away from the house we sold, Maria went the extra mile and arranged a gardener make the place presentable, but also, much to our surprise, vacuumed the house and did general tidy up before open homes and visits. Totally not her job but Maria volunteered to do this. We are every pleased with our dealings with Maria and highly recommend her. She got us a sale in a very bad market, got the best deal we realistically could have expected.

Mike is the ultimate professional. He works extremely hard for both his sellers and buyers. Mike, really goes the extra mile, I found him on the street, cleaning my windows before an open home.He also sourced and organized tradespeople for the small repair jobs that were needed.
