Knowledgeable and Professional Estate Agent with a pleasant personality.
Del was at all times professional in her approach. We were always been kept in the loop, given regular feedback and she is highly recommended. She gets the job done, great estate agent to work with. If you are in the market to sell your property or to buy a property, Del would be the first person you should contact, if you want to see results.She is in my opinion the "No Excuses, Only Results" Agent you want to work with.

The only Agent you need!
We met Del through an open home at a property she was selling. She guided us (FHB) through the process of making an offer and was so thorough and helpful through the process of a multi-offer. After being unsuccessful, Del & Josh supported us as buyers' agents to get us into our first home. They must have shown us through a dozen properties, accommodating our needs, supporting during negotiations and being readily available to answer any questions we had. I cannot stress enough; how brilliant it was to have this support when you have no idea what you're doing. After a few unsuccessful offers, we eventually found a home we couldn't wait to view again and make an offer on. Del was amazing at getting us in to view quickly, and again to do DD, before supporting us to make a strong offer in a likely multi-offer situation. She supported us through the process from offer acceptance to settlement and made the whole experience so stress free! Del, we cannot thank you (and Josh) enough for the amazing work you did to get us into our home. You truly are the best!

Excellent Service!!
Del was amazing to work with. Her communication was superb and appreciated her straight up approach. She takes the time to get to know her clients which makes you feel that you are in safe hands. The team managed to get better than expected sales price which was fantastic. Massive thanks to Del and the team involved to help make the sale happen for us.

Paula assesses the market well and prices accordingly. Where possible she is open in her communication to ensure you have assistance in making a decision. She will go into bat for you even when her opinion differs. If you want an agent that will get realistic results quickly - Paula will get you there.

Paula Is The Best
Paula is the best. Great marketing and amazing comms. Quick campaign, auction, listed for price and sold not long after. Hustled amazingly for the sale and was quick - beautiful gift provided :) No need for any support on settlement or after, everything was sorted prior to this.
