Man we first started our first home buyers journey in November 2024, so it’s been a long time coming!!! I thought Nick explained the process very clearly. Quite daunting selling your first home. He made us feel comfortable with him and we discussed a plan and stuck with it. Also giving different options if the market changed. Our final result is what we wanted and happy with the whole process from start to finish. Nick sold my Wife's Mums house and we were very happy with that Sale so he has exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed the first time we sold with Emma and team there was no question who we were going to use this time around. Once again we followed her advice about the property to the letter which gave us a great property that had all the obstacles to a sale removed.
