Andrea brings 16 years of hands-on experience in
the Wellington real estate market, backed by
deep local knowledge and a straight-talking,
practical approach.
Born and raised in Wellington, Andrea
understands the nuances of its suburbs, its
people, and its property cycles — and she uses
that insight to guide clients clearly and
confidently through what can otherwise be a
stressful process. Her focus is always on realistic
advice, smart strategy, and achieving the best
possible outcome, not just a quick sale.
Beyond real estate, Andrea is deeply embedded
in her community. She serves as Chair of both the
Karori Residents’ Association and the Karori
Community Patrol, roles that reflect her longstanding
commitment to neighbourhood
wellbeing, safety, and advocacy. These roles
intertwine with local Council projects and panels
she sits on, constantly growing Andrea’s
knowledge, experience and connections across
the city.
This community leadership has also shaped her
governance experience, including her role on the
Real Estate Authority board, where she
contributes a practitioner’s perspective alongside
a strong focus on professionalism, ethics, and
consumer trust.
Andrea is also proud to support medical research
through her ongoing commitment to the Gillies
McIndoe Research Institute. She donates a
portion of every commission she earns, with a
personal goal of contributing $10,000 each year
to support life-changing research into cancer and
other serious illnesses.
This commitment reflects Andrea’s belief that
success should also create positive impact
beyond property transactions. She was
recognised for her wider contribution to
Wellington with the Absolutely Positively
Wellingtonian Award (previously Civic Award) —
an honour that speaks to her values of integrity,
transparency, and local pride.
For Andrea, real estate is not just about property
— it’s about people, community, and doing the
job properly.
