I have had the best guidance possible. I felt assured that that Sam's knowledge of the current market was accurate and up to date. He took time and gave detailed explanations as we worked through the various paperwork involved checking that I was understanding and answering my questions on matters needing clarification. More importantly I believe Sam to be genuinely sensitive to all my needs both related to the house selling and finding a suitable new home but also in aspects of my personal life.
