Sam approached us as he had a client who was looking for a house to buy in our area. Bernie invited him in so he could look around. At that stage we were not looking at selling. Sam was true to his word and bought around his client later on that day. They liked the house but wanted something with a bit of grass (we have no lawn). Very quickly Sam involved his boss Harry and we found ourselves signing up to sell the house. It was discussed that we should market it as a Deadline Sale for 3 weeks and if that did not work we would put a price on the property. Sam did 6 Open Homes for us and then Sam and Harry presented us with 3 offers, 1 of which we accepted. Both Sam and Harry couldn't have been more helpful achieving and unconditional sale.
