She asked what we really wanted and I gave her a ridiculous goal. But she achieved it! Unfortunately, that fell over but she kept going. As a first home buyer I felt that real estate agents were quick to give me the hard sell and try to push me across the line quickly and without much patience for the kinds of questions I assume many first home buyers have. Not Steph. She was patient, polite and kind throughout the process, and definitely went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and in control of the process from start to finish.
