Shannon is invariably warm, friendly and professional. I valued that, though she was the seller’s agent, she knew that I loved the house and did everything she could to make sure that I bought the house I wanted in a multi buyer situation (I was happy to pay full price which helped, but isn’t the only criteria). I felt she was acting as an honest broker working towards a good outcome for everyone. I met Shannon after walking into an open home and saying ‘nope’ in the first room. When asked what I was looking for, I was shown ‘the perfect house’ the next day and it was.
