L&S saw better than the other 2 agencies I considered where the value lay in my property and so returned a significantly better estimate of the price it would attract. They were right and in fact helped to attain a settlement for even more, with no fuss or drama. Step 1. Great local knowledge. Advised us to look at as many properties as possible, whether through L J Hooker or other agencies.
