Attentive, available and appropriately ambitious.

L&S saw better than the other 2 agencies I considered where the value lay in my property and so returned a significantly better estimate of the price it would attract. They were right and in fact helped to attain a settlement for even more, with no fuss or drama. Step 1. They tuned in to my needs, expectations and personal style without my having to laboriously explain. Step 2. They delivered!
