Steve Bowen was very friendly, helpful and professional. Initially, he gave me a wonderful tour of many properties on the market in Waihi Beach and Bowentown. This helped me understand values and solidify what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was unable come back to Waihi to look at the property I purchased again before the auction or until settlement due to lockdowns but Steve was wonderful and didn't mind doing extra work for me.
