We enlisted Steve Bowen to sell our bach in Waihi Beach. We had been looking at homes to buy for about 18 months and had met a few different agents. We chose Steve as we like his friendly professional manner and his knowledge of the local market. He has a huge contact list due to the large amount of business that he does in the area. He marketed our bach in a market that was a bit tougher than it had been. He was very positive all the way along and our home was marketed extensively on social media which created a lot of interest. Our open homes were busy and well attended which got us a satisfactory offer for the property is a relatively short time. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none. We are giving Steve 5 stars only because we can't give him 10 stars. We had been looking for a home in Waihi Beach or Athenree for about 18 months and had looked at many homes with several different agents. We met Steve at an open home and we liked his friendly and open manner. He did something that NO other agent at Waihi Beach did. He kept in touch and kept helping us with our search. His communication is exemplary. We were probably quite "hard to please" but that didn't deter Steve! He kept working for us until the job was done. And he kept us up to date all the way through. Steve is very professional with a great sense of humour. We highly recommend Steve to anybody looking to buy or sell real estate in Waihi Beach or surrounding areas.

Steve was the agent who sold house 153 Koutunui. They were very pleased with his performance and highly recommended him to us. We gave him a call when we were ready to sell. He immediately presented us with a few clients who were currently interested in a property like ours. We started with a few private viewings and one of the viewers became our buyer even before we were put on the market. Steve was eager to start with the marketing of our property as soon as the contract was signed. We immediately did the pictorials and the drone shots. It all happened within a week. It was overwhelming and rather emotional for us. Steve kept us informed of the market trends and updates through emails. He texted and called us immediately on important matters. He followed company and client protocol and was always keen on making progress. We did a few open homes even though we were under contract. He kept us updated on the progress of our buyer’s open homes and offers. He presented himself well and made us feel like we could trust in his expertise. He was also supportive and very personable at all times even though there seems to be a little bump on the road. Overall, he met all expectations that is required to make the sale happen. We are very pleased with his performance. Just like 153 Koutunui, we will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. Great job Steve!

We found Steve to be extremely helpful and friendly. He took a great interest in helping us find the perfect house. We went to visit friends for the weekend and ended up by a bach.... Steve took the time at short notice to show us around the area and we viewed some stunning properties. Steve's area knowledge and expertise helped us make an informed and quick decision... we walked away happy and with a good deal! Steve made our selling experience so easy. I tried to sell it myself at the start as I use to sell real estate, but with a market that was everywhere and slowing fast it was so important to have a switched on motivated sales person to get an offer together quickly and not to miss the boat, and that is exactly what he did. He also has great support from his office with Gary stepping in to help when needed. Would highly recommend getting Steve to sell your home.
