We have been very pleased with Gary’s service and practical advice while our house was on the market. Gary brought numerous viewers to see our property over a period of months which coincided with a challenging time in the housing market. Gary talked us through marketing and pricing strategies and would occasionally come to us with his recommendations to change things to respond to the market conditions. Clear communication and no pressure

Sue is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She is professional with a warm approach and we were very comfortable interacting with her. At one of our open homes when Sue was on holiday the fill-in agent was 25 minutes late. This was very disappointing for us as it was for Sue. Sue addressed the issue, acknowledged our disappointment and ran the open homes herself from that point. We felt Sue guided us well while leaving the final decisions to us and at no point did we feel any pressure.

Trustworthy, respectful and professional.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to sell my grandma’s house. From start to finish, Gary handled the whole process with professionalism, care and genuine respect. Gary made everything as easy and stress free as possible. He kept us informed throughout and is always approachable. Gary didn’t give up once a conditional offer was signed he kept going with viewings, which created a back up offer ready to go, altho not needed we had a quick sale. Our family has bought and sold many times with Gary and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and professional real estate agent.
