Above Expectations
Karan, Jess, Chelsea and the team at LJ Hooker have been invaluable in the successful marketing and now unconditional sale of our land. Karan Is approachable for many hours each day, outside of the normal 9-5. I am very grateful for this flexibility. She certainly goes the xtra mile. The entire experience with LJ Hooker has been very professional. I have felt confident that all marketing and compliance has been totally taken care of, especially as I am totally unfamiliar with the NZ processes. The knowledge of the market, placing at the right level to obtain interest has been rewarded. Karan is patient and does not pressurise for an immediate response, but when required acts quickly and effectively.
