It can be rare to find a real estate agent who really knows his/her stuff. Who is able to think outside the box and truly work for the buyer in a wholehearted way. This is the 2nd property we have sold (and purchased) through Steve. His professionalism and ability to understand the needs of the seller is real. However, Steves real skill is knowing the market, surrounding himself with a team that can support the process and not being afraid to try a new approach.
