Excellent experience with great promotion of our property for sale and an outstanding outcome

From the first appraisal by Karan to the sale of our house, the experience was excellent. We were kept informed at all times, the electronic updates of open homes and viewings were extremely helpful. We were also well looked after in Karan's absence by Jess and Soffe. The team were all a pleasure to deal with. The whole sales process was made so easy for us. Buying our first home felt like a huge milestone and Karan and the team at LJ Hooker made the whole experience so much easier than we expected. From the very beginning, Karan was super friendly, approachable and always happy to answer our questions. As first home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but she guided us through every step with patience, honesty, and great communication.
