Ben Groundwater is a true professional and fully invested in his job.
Clearly Ben is a genuine people person. We were confident that he had a good knowledge of both the property and the current market. Essentially he made us relax and we ended up purchasing the property. off that initial open home. Ben was patient with us and very approachable throughout the whole process. He explained everything and made himself available to our chaotic schedule. Ben made the difference.
