Fantastic Experience
Ben has been fantastic throughout the journey that has been selling my home that I have been in for the past 25 years. Went all out on my behalf to market my property, vet and negotiate with potential and final Buyers.
Unsure of my property's value, Andrea decided to a deadline same to ascertain the possible market price. Her marketing and open homes resulted in good interest from a large number of potential Buyers and kept me in the loop on all of their interest and negotiations. I should have accepted the first offer as she suggested but declined but took the second offer on a couple who she negotiated with to my benefit. When under Contract she was in communication with all parties (including Lawyers) to ensure the transition of ownership went smoothly. I am impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the market and loyalty to her Vendor and not only would use her services again but heartily recommend her to others.

Great Plan, perfectly executed
We chose Ben to sell our house recently and were very glad we did. We had a very tight schedule and he took the trouble to map out a timeline for us which enabled us to go from listing the property to accepting an offer within 3 weeks and completing 10 days afterwards. He gave us great advice on type of sale and the pros and cons of other options and was always available for any questions. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Excellent support and assistance
Ben and Harry have been extremely supportive throughout this entire process. As first time homebuyers and new to Timaru, we came acrossmany hurdles and knowledge gaps in terms of what we need, what to look for, and what's best for us in this space. Harry spent many hours taking us through multiple homes; did late evenings and weekend viewings with us to ensure we find our home. He was very informative and went over and beyond in terms of providing information and support to us. Ben too met all our expectations, stayed in touch with us and helped us manage everything as we moved into the nitty gritty of changing our offer to unconditional. The overall team is super friendly, honest, knowledgeable and supportive; we'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
