Absolute pleasure to work with!

Ben has an excellent 'bed-side manner'. Knowledgeable but not over bearing.
Has a broad knowledge of what the market is doing and was very accurate with where he predicted prices would be come offers/selling time. Easy going but professional. Clear with ideas on how to market the property but not pushy. Listens to other people and doesn't like the sound of his own voice like some we have come across. Down to earth and generally a nice guy who sells real estate as a vocation not a money earning job.

Excellent sales people
We were very fortunate to have had Ben and Harry to sell our house . Right from the start Ben gave us the confidence to sell with L.J Hooker . Through Bens knowledge and his marketing skills we were able to achieve a better result . Ben and Harry's communication skills kept us well informed through out the whole process.
