It is a umber of years since I engaged Geraldine Hermens and Hookers to sell a property for me. The recent sale of 53 Island Terrace facilitated by Geraldine was outstanding. From our first meeting at the property until after the very successful auction I felt listened to and supported. Geraldine helped with a number of things that at the time were weighing heavily upon me. She gave good advice re preparing the house for sale and put me in touch with a firm who were able to sort, deliver and clean the house to an impeccable standard. She also helped with getting a vehicle to central Dunedin and making the sale of the vehicle happen. I felt greatly relieved after our first meeting. I am impressed with the high level of clear communication especially in the weeks and days leading up to the sale of the property. The outcome of the auction was very pleasing as well. I did appreciate being live-streamed into the auction as well!! So, ten gold stars at least. There are one or two things we need to do prior to possession date.
