After the disappointment of a quiet auction due to market conditions, Jason worked his buns off to get people through the house and sold quickly in a softer market. He has enthusiasm and integrity at heart, makes you feel included as a client and genuinely pursues any leads. The only reason I have not given five stars was that at the beginning we were given a much higher market expectation than turned out in reality. Mostly that was because the market turned faster than was anticipated by all.

Jason was phenomenal to work with. He managed to sell my house in a cooling market without me having to come to the city at all. He did all the extra service pieces you would hope for in an agent.
