Luke was recommended to us by our daughter as was just starting his career in the Real Estate Industry so gave him the opportunity to sell our property in Mosgiel. He kept us updated as to how progress was going during open homes and was available at all times If we needed information so communication was great both by emails and visits which we appreciated. We would highly recommend him to other potential buyers and sellers as he navigates his way in the Real Estate Industry.

When l had to sell my mothers house recently I chose Carol as the agent l wanted to sell it as she lived in the same area and she knew mum personally and would pop in for a cup of tea and a chat from time to time and as mum had lived in her quirky home that used to be an assortment of different shops over the years and had a fantastic garden that was open to the public in years gone by and Carol was fantastic with the way she dealt with the sale as she knew how much my late mum loved her house so thank you Carol for being so lovely at this difficult time it made the family journey easier

Trista was fantastic to sell and buy with. She went out of her way to keep in contact and make sure we were informed of all options. Trista consistently worked with us and collaborated ideas to result in the best outcome for us. She even brought a life sized LJ hooker bear as a surprise for our son.

Jason is in a class above the rest when it comes to selling houses! He has the communication skills you need and the knowledge to take you through the selling process you want. I simply cannot rate Jason highly enough! Selling a house can be daunting, but this simply wasn’t the case with my experience with Jason and LJ Hooker. Managing an out of town seller - no problem. Navigating the seller being overseas - no problem. Nothing was ever a problem, Jason was only ever a phone call or email away and dealt with any concern in calm and collected manner. Given it was such an easy and positive experience - it was no surprise to Jason as the listing agent for my next wee slice of paradise.

Within one week we we able to view the property, put in an offer which fortunately was accepted. This was helped by the professional service provided by Trista. We were so impressed we have given her our property to sell.
