From our first meeting with Cherish to the photo infront of the sold sign Cherish was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did she exceed our expectations in terms of communication, knowledge and professionalism she also achieved a price the went well above her initial market estimation and did so with ease. Before going to the market Cherish used her contacts to have the house under offer within 3 days at a price we were very happy with. Cherish has aligned herself with a strong team including excellent support staff back at the office to provide a seamless and stress free result. Next time we are looking to sell and buy we won’t be shopping around, we will come right back to Cherish.

We migrated overseas and left our home at the hands of Richard. Throughout the campaign period, Richard updated us thru calls, emails, and texts.
