Sellling your house is an extremely stressful experience.There are the mechanics of such an experience which Anna managed so well and coommunnicated as to where she was in that process. I appreciated that, but even more her support with the emotional outworkings of the whole process was very professional and she took time to listen to my concerns and offer reassurance.
