I was not the easiest client, I put an offer on the property with a 3 week settlement date. I did not even have a finalise seperation agreement with my husband. I asked Tracey many many questions, viewed the property multiple times to measure it up, I really pushed the limits. Tracey did everything possible to meet my request, and she meet everyone. This would not of been possible if she did not have good relationship with the vendor as well. I cannot thank her enough for the effort she put in to get this over the line.

We had an initial low ball offer that we accepted. However there was issues in our efforts to close the sale with undue buyer demands. We decided to tell the buyer to go jump. At no time was there any pressure to buckle to the buyer demands from the Kelly and Co. team. We ended up with a new offer that was from a super family and my parents are so happy with Maureen and Derek’s service!! A++
