Mild mannered, drives a people mover, and sports a man-bun, but don't be fooled, Superman is hiding in plain sight. It's Derek Kelly at Kelly&Co. Don't be fooled by the flashy car-driving, two finger-gun 'pow-pow' real estate agents. They could only wish for the skills and experience that Derek delivers. Derek came recommended by a neighbour who had sold through him. She rated him very highly. We had met Derek in the community and he had been friendly and inquisitive. This was enough for us to request an appraisal just to get clarity on the current market conditions. Derek was quick and thorough with his appraisal. And he did not over inflate the value just to make us feel good. He knew I was disappointed but explained the issues and how he could help make the best of the current market. A few months later when we decided to list he was supportive and offered us suggestions to how to approach the sale such as presentation, type of sale and potential time it might take. This helped us to feel more confident. Derek never over-estimates or tries to force matters. He is laid back and lets the process unfurl with a positive attitude. That positivity was needed and felt genuine. When he sold our house we knew he had been a superman and had brought his A game to the negotiating table. He really showed how results for the vendor speak far louder than a flashy smile and fake enthusiasm. Derek is truly a good guy.

I was not the easiest client, I put an offer on the property with a 3 week settlement date. I did not even have a finalise seperation agreement with my husband. I asked Tracey many many questions, viewed the property multiple times to measure it up, I really pushed the limits. Tracey did everything possible to meet my request, and she meet everyone. This would not of been possible if she did not have good relationship with the vendor as well. I cannot thank her enough for the effort she put in to get this over the line.
