Caroline understands very well how to manage both sides of the sale and purchase of a home.
Caroline understands very well how to manage both sides of the home buying & selling coin, so that both parties each get what they want from it all. She was very flexible when there were a few bumps along the transaction road and always did what she said she would do, to help get things concluded successfully. We would have no qualms in recommending Caroline & the JP team to others and we would use them ourselves again if possible.

Outstanding service and sale price!
We were very impressed with the hard work, professionalism and friendliness of Charles and all of the team at Just Paterson. They communicated with us consistently throughout the process, including during lockdown and we always felt well informed and in the loop. The service included organising home staging which was excellent, and the sale price was at the very top of the range we were hoping for.

Our experience could not have been better
Our experience of selling our property through Charles Morley-Hall could not have been better. When we decided to put our apartment in Mount Cook on the market, a friend recommended Charles Morley-Hall. We are so glad he did. We live in Canberra, Australia. We had inherited our apartment and had let it to tenants through a Wellington-based property management company for ten years. Then we decided that the time had come to sell. Because of Covid, the sale itself was all organised at a distance. We sent an email, and Charles responded with a phone call – to arrange to visit our apartment, to appraise its potential, to identify the likely market, and to enquire about our expectations. Within a short time everything was organised: a marketing plan was drawn up, the apartment furnished, photos taken, copy written and media coverage arranged. Open homes were scheduled and private viewings for potential purchasers. All was done without fuss, after full discussion with us, and to the highest professional standards. Most of our contact was with Charles himself, but we also received evidence of an efficient and approachable team working together with Charles to achieve results. Together we agreed to sale by tender, and the sale price exceeded our expectations.
