Being first time buyers, we knew it was always going to be stressful, but Michael made it so much easier. He had great knowledge of the suburb, and even offered to pick us up from the train station (gratefully accepted when it turned out to be raining on the day) so he could point out the key points of interest. There were a couple of unusual features that made the purchase a bit trickier, but he helped us i the process, was tireless at problem solving, always available, and really went the extra mile. We were really lucky to have him involved in the transaction!

Very grateful to Michael, who is the reason we sold after a challenging year. After attempting to sell with a different agent for a year, we switched over to Michael and very quickly managed to get our place sold for a good price. Michael's knowledge of the Wellington/Hutt market, lovely demeanour and focus on customer service made our experience with him just wonderful. After the previous experience with the other agent, it was like night and day! Michael is very skilled in managing all sorts of relationships and is just very pleasant to deal with. We have always felt informed and kept up to date. Michael gives good solid real estate advice and understands all the elements involved in selling and buying. One of the nicest things is that he really goes the extra mile, and far above and beyond the call of duty. He will do things in person that other agents would do over a phone call or text message, which really helps you feel looked after. A fantastic agent and just a really nice guy. Michael gave us advice on the market and the potential of our house that we found was exactly right. It was a time when houses were harder to sell. Ours was big, had not been on the market for half a century and we knew that while it had great street appeal and style it was not what many buyers were looking for. We were impressed with Michael’s ability to attract many, many visitors to open homes and to work in practical ways with our stager. People visiting were happy to share their views with Michael giving us a real understanding of the real people in out potential market. In the end in the flat market Michael brought us three eager buyers and we were able to sell to a family we hope will find the house exactly what they need.
