Right from the very first phone call we had with Michael, you could feel his enthusiasm and genuine want to do the very best for us with the sale of our property. Once we then decided to go to market, Michael and Andrea were there to support us every step of the way. Jules was phenomenal throughout our whole process. From the very start of the initial conversations right through to the end there was no doubt in our mind that we were in the safest of hands to sell our home. The lines of communication were fantastic and we always had the most up to date info of potential interested parties. Selling your home is stressful however Jules really did make this process far more manageable and for that we are forever grateful. Would we use Jules again? Without a doubt of course and I would recommend him to anyone. However, as much as we would use Jules again, I hope we don't need him again in the near future as due to his incredible work on selling our home we have secured an incredible forever home for our family. He is not a pushy salesperson, in fact Jules did not attempt to "sell" the house, but instead the benefits of the property, location and key features. In conjunction with taking the time to learn what we were looking for and how it might work for our family. Jules kept us informed throughout the purchasing process. Which was critical as we had a number of balls in the air at the time, so constant communication was required. I was emotionally attached to it as it was my first home, and was aware that I could have unrealistic expectations around the process, and be a tricky customer. Michael not only had compassion and empathy for my situation, but to go along with his high EQ he demonstrated an extraordinary knowledge of both the industry and the present environment. His advice was sometimes challenging to my thinking but in every case it completely paid off and I am so pleased that I trusted him with the sale of my important asset. I loved that I always felt heard, and that we could discuss all aspects of the sale and strategy in an open way, with me being able to share everything that concerned me about the market in a safe, thoughtful and respected way. Michaels energy and passion was unbounded - his communication was excellent and he truly went above and beyond - Andrea sending me a photo of him waterblasting the steps of my property the day before we went live is one I'll treasure forever. As well as his knowledge, compassion and energy - Michael impressed me with his understanding that this was an important and stressful time for my whole family.
