We met Jules at an open house early in our property search. We were pretty sure it was not going to be the house for us based on the ad, but we were trying to see as many houses as possible early on. Jules chatted with us for a while to get a feel for our interests and reached out later with a few suggestions. We picked three that we felt spanned our goals and he arrange to let us see them back-to-back which really crystallised what we cared about. Long story short, we ended up buying one of those three.
