Caroline's market knowledge was excellent. Although, she had not marketed many houses in Newlands when we first met, she had been very successful with the sales she had carried out. She was able to situate the property within a realistic price range and communicated clearly the rationale and intentions behind her approach to the sale. I always felt included in the process - free to express my point of view or to discuss any questions I needed to understand. For example, Caroline provided me with information about how she conducted an "open house" including how to "dress the house for sale" so that prospective buyers could imagine living in it themselves with their own belongings.
