Jan Morley sold my home to me 9 years ago. She worked weeks to find the right home and nothing was a problem. And eventually she found it. 3 Woodford Terrace. We formed a bond back then, and even though we didn’t see one another, after that process, she has always kept in touch with real estate updates, and Xmas greetings. Etc. So it was a no brainer, when I decided to sell a few weeks ago, to make contact with Jan. We just picked up, where we left off all those years before. The sale of my home has been riddled with issues regarding a bathroom alteration that I did 5 years ago. From day one, Jan has taken control. Dealing with lawyers, councils ,builders ,plumbers ,electricians and tilers. I’ve not had to make one phone call. Jan has done everything. My home successfully sold, not at Auction, but later in the day. But the issues still continued on after that.But she has stayed with me and continued to help sort these issues.
