The manner in which you came into our home and the sage advice was impressive, knowing that to get a good outcome, we needed to heed your suggestions, which in our situation involved several parties! The communication throughout was excellent, and was accessible at all times and met our wishes in terms of extra viewings, as we were travelling s from Ashburton to prepare because our family were at work, and the extended family also staying there, couldn't comprehend how necessary it was to showcase it attractively. Feed back from open homes was very good, and we understood that the house was not suited to all viewers, and consequently we had to expect and accept criticism even though some aspects were beyond our control. Due to the circumstances,( ie money availability coming through late), Jane absorbed that pressure, proceeded with a relaxed front!!! The sale outcome was in the range that you predicted at the initial meeting, which was truly amazing, and for that we are truly grateful. Consequently, this has allowed Sam to put down a healthy deposit on his pending property purchase. Once again thank you all for your help and professionalism, and I would not hesitate recommending you to anybody wishing to sell their property.
