Sherry knew the buyer and family but did not disclose. I felt she was working for the buyer getting him the best price when we the Vendors were paying her commission. She went on holiday for a few weeks as well during our 4 month campaign. On her return there was no changeover with the person covering her, there fore we lost cash buyers... But she got her mates son a great deal... Would never have Harcourts or Sherry again, ever! Totally unprofessional, bad communication and conflict of interest. So disappointed in her and Harcourts in general, no accountability!

It is very rare that you find someone who goes above and beyond what is required to ensure someone else's happiness. Heather provided me with expert guidence on the value and marketing strategy for my property, I appreciated her keeping me in the loop with everything she did and any changes we had to make due to market changes & slow down. When we first met Valerie my wife and I were impressed with her knowledge, experience and attitude. A more helpful person you could not ask for both for us and herself, discussion periods were never short time and every detail laid out before you. Once the work was done we discussed our lives and how the selling of the house came about. Put up with some very negative responses, comments etc but still worked through these.
