I have been fortunate to work with Tracy Bucknell on buying my new home in Whangarei. I was moving to Whangarei from Auckland so needed to have a little background knowledge of the area and Tracy provided this and more. Tracy knows her market and suggestions on houses to look at especially the one I ended up buying. I had seen it advertised and didn't think I would like it so never bothered to attend an open home or to ring to get a viewing. As it turns out, Tracy suggested I have a look and I guess if I wasn't feeling a bit deflated at the time, went along anyway. I was very surprised when I viewed the property and that evening back in Auckland put in an offer.
