We were very happy with Shontelle, her communication with us was superb. All questions n enquiries were answered directly or if contact with owner or others was required that wasn't a problem. She had knowledge on the property n surroundings and was only to happy to answer my 21 plus questions🙄😁. We had been actively seeking a rental property for 2 months. 2 offers, 1 auction no luck. Both Sherry & Warren came to see me about selling our rental property 3rd April and answered all our questions, supplied pamphlets, had quote for selling the property and both were very friendly. They did warn me that house sales had slowed up over the past months. First of about 6 weekly opens homes was at the end of April, on a Sunday, and I received a report on the Monday. Any emails and/or text messages questions we had were answered very promptly. Within six weeks we had two offers to choose from and on 7th July we had an unconditional sale. Am very happy with all our dealings with both Sherry and Warren and a big "thank you" for all your help.
