Having known Dianne for more than 30 years it wasn't a hard decision to choose her to market our property. She is a hard worker, has an eye for detail and is a meticulous and methodical agent. Dianne kept us well informed every step of the way through the selling process and we were very happy with the outcome. Thank you Dianne!

The service that Sherry and the team at Harcourts provided can only be described as outstanding surpassing our expectations. I appreciated how her professional manner, vast knowledge and experience was balanced with a warm approachable personality. Her suggested strategy for selling our home produced results and the power house of support behind her made for an amazing stress free campaign, great communication and confidence every step of the way that our biggest asset was in good hands. Renee has sold two houses for us now. She has made the process stress free and kept in touch with us every step of the way. Being overseas clients, she couldn't have done more to help us through the process, even though the time difference proposed some challenges at times for all parties. We can't recommend and thank Renee enough. 🙂

Selling our property from outside of New Zealand Dianne made the process simple and clear. Dianne’s conservative approach, honesty and wealth of knowledge made selling our property from afar easy. Dianne is a very dedicated agent who puts all her time and effort into helping relieve the pressure which in turn made the process run smoothly. Her communication skills are over and beyond any expectation and we cannot thank her enough.
