We asked a lot of questions and she seemed very up to date with her knowledge and could guide us through the process with ease. When there were questions that were not related to her role she was able to advise where and how to seek advice and she was available at very short notice. Overall, we really felt that Renee worked for us and absolutley went the extra mile in helping us to purchase this property. While Carina is professional she also has a very bright and bubbly personality which instantly puts you at ease. She understands what it is like to go through all the open homes etc and really supports you. All information was passed onto me in a timely fashion. What impressed me from the start was the first day she came to look at the house she went from room to room writing things down. As I pointed out various things she made notes. Through this process she became a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone requiring a Real Estate Agent.

From the moment we first met Heather she impressed us. For the first time in a long search for the right property, we felt heard and understood. Heather took us to a house we hadn't considered (and we thought we knew all the houses that met our brief) and it turned out to be the right one for us! Throughout the purchase process, Heather was honest, open and, although we knew she was ensuring the vendor got the best price, we also felt she was looking after us too making sure we were all happy with the outcome. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Heather made the process easy and, dare I say it, enjoyable and fun!
