AAA+++ 10/10.... As a purchaser, I had exemplary service from Shane and cannot recommend him highly enough. Top notch communication and full transparency. All questions answered in a timely manner, and with excellent detail. I purchased a home through Shane June 2024, and every detail from initial contact, viewing, offer contract, negotiation and final purchase felt transparent and secure. Shane's knowledge is solid and his ability to tune into the client's requirements seems intuitive. Unfortunately possession day was challenging due to the Northland power cuts. But Shane went over and beyond to find a solution to settlement in the absence of power and computers holding up legal transactions. It was a late settlement (think dark and raining) but Shane was supportive through the whole ordeal. Just having someone empathetic and who cared made a huge difference to navigate a frustratingly long and stressful day entirely out of anyone's control. I don't see myself moving anytime soon (I found my perfect home), but if I do, I will be calling Shane first. I can't recommend Shane highly enough. Thank you!

Roxanne is an agent who works hard but what is even more impressive, works smart by understanding what I was looking for as a buyer, using market research tools to identify potential opportunities. Throughout the whole process from viewing to finalising the purchase, she provided much needed guidance, also excellent communication between vendor, lawyers, home inspector and myself, with gentle yet professional demeanor and a positive can-do attitude. Whenever I needed advice or information, she is always there answering queries in a timely manner. I can only imagine how stressful the job of a real estate agent can be, but despite juggling multiple properties at different stages, each posing its unique challenges, Roxanne could still answer my phone calls by addressing my name made me feel I was well looked after. As first home buyers we nervous and unsure. We went to many open homes and dealt with a variety of agents from different agencies. Aiden stood out from the first email and after the first call. Responding and keeping true to his word we felt at ease signing the S&P. As you do, we had a variety of set back and changes which included having to change our broker in between and asking for extensions. Through out this whole process it felt that Aiden was not only on the Vendor's side but also on ours.
