We looked at houses in Ōhope and Whakatane for a long time and Anna showed us a lot of them. She was always very accommodating at showing us new listings and very patient. Her communication was excellent, she kept in touch and was always positive but never pushy. She was happy to show us houses a couple of times. And she appeared to have good relationships with the vendors as well. Once we bought the house she was so helpful with sorting out all the little details, including getting the carpet cleaned.
